Hi Dave,
If you need any help, I have lots of spare time for any projects that you want to pass on.

And don't forget the parallel preservation program (Italian) about the the Dumps of all original (and not) SW on MD.Dave wrote:I will likely forward them onto someone else better able to complete them than I will be in the next long time.
Things happened here and my world got very small and frankly this and everything else just wasn't important any more.
We have made big steps in the last 8 months (more than 400 commercial titles preserved in his original format) so If you can't go on with QL stuff I would like to dump all of your material (according with RICH) and then resent all back.
All payed by me.
Let me gently know, thanks for all your precious work.
Best regards.

Have you decided who of us will be allowed to complete the auroras?
Have you decided on financial matters?
Please let us know and take the next step for the community.
kind regards Paul
Re: Aurora somewhere?
It will be some time before anything happens. That said, there will be no financial matters. The boards will be sent with no cost expected of the recipient.
Right now, I just have bigger things to deal with so it is a low priority.

So the project of the Super Ram is always "On the run"?Dave wrote:There are 20-odd incomplete Auroras. They are with Nasta.
The plan is to send them to me. I would complete them with missing parts, (or make kits as has been requested) and ship them out.
Unfortunately with Sandy's problems, and Nasta has time issues of his own, it just hasn't happened yet.
I think it'll happen when SuperRAM is out.

Re: Aurora somewhere?
I'm not planning on doing anything further for a long time. If my health and finances recover and there's still a demand, I'll turn my attention back to it, but otherwise, no.

Re: Aurora somewhere?
Hi Nasta,
Do you have any unpopulated PCBs?
If not, I was thinking about making more Aurora boards, do you think there is any interest in more Aurora boards.
I had an idea of building the Aurora into a QL case with SuperGold Card, Super Hermes.
Along the lines of:
Which a friend produced in the 1990s, whith a QL mebrane keyboard, I would make a Schon Style keyboard, with CHerry MX switches.
Not sure if there is any interest in this.
Could the QLSD work in the Aurora ROM socket?
