Re: SMS2 in FPGA
The question one might well ask is, what would be the point?
My answer is as follows:- I still believe that one day, I will be able to find someone willing to finish the Stella project. No user interface was ever (as far as I know) finished for Stella. Finishing the Stella kernel would be ...

Re: SOLVED !! smsq/e on rom
Hi,
SMS2 was a QL compatible operating system desined to run on an Atari ST computer, Atari emulator, or FPGA core using Atari ST system.
It is no shock that SMS2 and SMSQ/E can run the same appointments software, because, they were both written by the same person.

Re: MicroPicoDrive Popopo's version
Derek,
I can only profusely apologise! I was certain that you had posted in the past that you were dyslexic.
Again, I'm so sorry for this error.
Cheers,
Norm.
I would not use that word as I can not spell it. I doubt I have word blindness, as I have done a lot of higher education.
So ...

Thanks, I do not think I am Dyslexic, which I think is a little strong.NormanDunbar wrote: Fri Jun 13, 2025 4:20 pm Also as Derek has posted in the past, he's dyslexic so sometimes his responses are brief and may seem curt, but are not intended to be.

Re: lhq syntax
Hi,
you could redirect the help screen to channel in the command line, all C68 programmes accept this type or redurection.
EX lhq,#1;"h"
or use ACP and do not worry about the command options, as ghey are set in the ACP archiver options.

Would SMSQ/E Gold (with a GoldCard) loaded from Tony Firshman's ROMDISQ count? Then we already have (had) it.
I tried to remake the Romdisq under Licence from Tony Firshman. But it seems after all the legal issues were sorted out, the design files were not available due a PC with the data ...

But I can not alter the poll since there is an entry
