I got mine for half that on Ebay recently on a buy it now price, 52 pounds.

Agree with your sentiment on letting others have a go. The same sale had a Quibide interface that I left for others to buy. Too many collectors have multiples of the same thing. An interest like the QL will only prosper ...

More bulky compared to the Disciple, but beats cassettes any day. I've just purchased a Cumana for my QL. Am still hopeful I'll get the mdvs working better, but I decided I needed both.

I haven't looked at doing serial to my laptop, but am hopeful that is a route to printing.

I also got the Qplane, so whoever got the Aurora and Qubide are missing two bits!

An Aurora plus Qubide interface just sold for 50 pounds.

And a Supergold Card for the same. I got that. :)

Am going of Aalea's post and where the 4 sockets map out to.

Though it's interesting to see where it goes by putting them on Chri$ ROM board as you have, it's the original board that is off more interest to me and the whys.
