this is what I feared. But on the other side, the way used to create the floppy disk is done via a specific program for this purpose. And I can create the boot disk using the same procedure.

No, Amiga OS 4 is PPC only. The V4 is a pure 68k machine. And there is no émulation. The core contain a 68080 CPU, that is binary ...

it's the maker of the Apollo core and one of the creator of the V4.

I can't answer for vox, but as I'm an Amiga too, I dare to explain why I'm interested into the QL: it's because of SMSQ/E. We have AmigaOS on Amiga, that is a nice multitasking and efficient operating system. Because of this, I'm interested into all Similar OS of this era: FreeMINT on Atari, MacOS ...
