I have just retested V0.06 and everything works as expected!

When I updated the files this morning, I obviously failed to ensure that the resident StuffScrap code was also updated :-(

I'm afraid V0.06 gives the same error as V0.05 (apart from the job name, of course).

I must admit I didn't find this particularly surprising since I had noticed that the STUFF_BIN file in the archive (which is, presumably, the one used to create the OBJ file) hadn't changed.

Problem solved

If I install the version of STUFF_BIN from Stuff02.zip (using LRESPR in Job 0), the hotkey works as advertised.

A more elegant/permanent solution would, of course, be to rebuild StuffScrap_obj to include the alternative STUFF_BIN...

Having set up a hotkey as per the instructions, when I invoke StuffScrap (by pressing ALT+v), I get the following QLib error:

Job 16 ScrapStuff V1.03 STUFF
invalid name
Data : 512 0 0 Stack : 4096 392

The system is SMSQmulator V2.27 (SMSQ/E 3.34)

Just when I was starting to think that my place in the Q68 batch 2 queue had somehow slipped, Derek contacted me to let me know that "my number had come up" and within two working days, my well-packaged Q68 had been delivered by UPS.

I love my Q60 and like Derek I would like the Q60 to be able to display on flat screen monitors or HDMI TVs.
What I already have is an alternative video chip design, which creates a 1024x768 signal that many (probably not all) flatscreen monitors correctly recognize. It is currently used by W.L ...

However, look at the Q68 dongle thread in the Hardware section as I am already working on version two of the dongle, which will be quite improved. I don't mean to Osborne myself, but it will have substantial improvements in utility for only a small increase in cost.
