Hi all
I have both a gold card and trump card and wish to plug in a floppy drive I have some 3 1/4 drives but cant get them to do anything when plugged into the cards but I also have a 5 1/4 drive and works fine.
Do I need to do something to the 3 1/4 drives first or is there only certain ones the ...

Tried the reset and it works if I press the reset and boots up giving the F1 and F2 options put if I unplug the QL and boot it back up it goes back to autoboot but it does not do it in the original QL so could it be the version of rom in my machine.

mine has AH roms and the gold card one has JM roms.

I will put it in my I will never use that but I cant throw it away pile

I have been running a ql with a trump card but fancied a gold card so I have just brought another ql that came with a gold card now the weird bit if it is plugged into the ql it came with it boots up then get the screen with press f1 or f2 but if I plug it into my ql it boots up then straight ...

I picked up a bundle of sinclair microdrive stuff and included was this connector but I have no idea what is for anyone any ideas.

Someone on a different post mentioned using ipcas software to format the USB stick into a disk format but I have searched for the software but cannot find it anywhere to download unless anyone knows where to find it.

I have put flash floppy on the gotek but what software do I need to convert the usb stick to a floppy so the files can be found by the ql.
