Hi forum ,

Has anyone the pcb drawings for a ;

- eprom board ( for 1 eprom ) .

- 64kb rom adapterboard ( to use one 48 kb rom in the left rom socket of the mainpcb ) .

This particular one was realised on universal board.

I have a bunch of Minerva PCBs that do the same thing... I could maybe make some of them up if the right components came my way. I don't have a parts list, so... Not straightforward.

Dave - we have the drawing for the internal board to plug an EPROM into one of the QL's ROM sockets (as above) - I think what he is also after, is the EPROM cartridge PCBs which plug into the ROM port at the back (eg. for Toolkit II).

I have several EPROM cartridge boards which you can use if you like

£2 each... Some even have cases

Hi,

Quite a while back, in a QL Group in Newcastle Upon Tyne, someone developed a modification to the standard Eprom cartridge for the QL. The Mod. allowed a eprom to be mapped to the QL Rom area and the Eprom Port.

The Mod. was only a couple of wire links on the standard eprom module plugged into the QL Eprom Port. I have a drawing somewhere and a working eprom with Minerva + TK2

Will post it soon and do a PCB CAD drawing with Malcom Lear's excellent PCBDESIGN program.
